GHL sponsors Charity Independence Day Dragon Boat Regatta
Guardian Holdings Limited has partnered with the Trinidad & Tobago Dragon Boat Federation to host an Independence Day Dragon Boat Regatta in aid of the CREDO House Foundation.
Earlier this year a fire razed the Credo Foundation’s home for teenage boys in Port of Spain and GHL is playing a small part in helping to make the lives of these street children more comfortable and secure. Teams are invited to register and as part of the registration, teams will pledge a minimum of Fifteen Hundred dollars to the cause.
The event will be held on August 31, 2007 at the Kayak Centre, Williams’ Bay Chaguaramas from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Attractions on the day will include entertainment by Excellent Stores Silver Stars, and for the kids Guardian General’s Road Safe Mascot ‘GG’ and the Road Safe life size game. There will be food and drinks on sale and admission is FREE!!!
